Hi! I’m Amy — born and raised in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a deep love for sweets. I was so fascinated by desserts that I started teaching myself how to bake at the age of 11. Through lots of trial and error, I slowly built up my skills and fell in love with the art of baking.
I studied Food and Nutrition at Sawabha Vocational College during high school, and later earned my degree in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management with a specialization in Advanced Bakery from Dusit Thani College — Thailand’s top culinary and hospitality university.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience working in 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants, and even competed in various culinary competitions, including the Thailand International Culinary Cup (TICC), where I proudly received the first runner-up award.
In 2024, I took a big step and opened my own Asian dessert shop in San Francisco — a dream come true that I continue to grow every day.
